Text Messaging Terms and Conditions

Enrollment and Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the appropriate consent boxes on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from COTA INSURANCE, LLC. Providing your phone number is always optional and never required to receive our insurance services.

We offer two types of text messaging:

Marketing and Promotional Messages: Insurance tips, new products, special offers, and updates
Transactional and Service Messages: Policy reminders, claim updates, appointment confirmations, payment notifications

Your consent to receive each type of message is separate and specific. You control which types of messages you receive based on the consent boxes you check.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and consent preferences
Approximately 2-10 messages per month depending on your selections
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan
COTA INSURANCE, LLC does not charge for text messages
Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Metro PCS, and other major carriers
